I began the week with the intention to step up my healthy lifestyle.
I had researched the recipes and shopped for the ingredients for the week.
Committing to a 5 day workout week.
Left: What should have happened.
Right: What did happen.
I blew it. An extremely stressful work week and spiraling, roller coaster hormones struck and I, 100% fell off the wagon!
That's all I'm saying about this.
Motivation for the coming week:
5 days, no excuses.
My Mantra for the week
Total weight lost ~ 7 lbs up from last week by 4lbs
Knowing a lot of this is water weight keeps me encouraged that with clean eating and 5 workouts it'll be okay
