As anyone who know me can attest, I am always trying a newfangled way to lose weight and get back in shape.
Those who are in shape and eat clean already know there is no miracle diet.
Today I begin a journey of clean eating and fitness.
It's really quite simple.
Q: What should we be eating?
A: Real food. That's it. If it came out of the ground, or if it's from an animal that ate what came out of the ground, you're good to go. But if a human processed it in between, either something was added, usually sugar, or something was removed, most likely fiber and micro nutrients like vitamins and minerals.
My Goal : Slow down and focus on how to feel great from within using diet and exercise.
