Monday's Motivation #3



The only thing that stays the same is change.

I love change it pushes me to jump out of my comfort zone and learn something new.  Forcing my brain to grow.

Change is great, it makes us move, to re-think the way we do our every day actions.

Balancing your world with change ignites your mind and body to move.

And movement is what our bodies and minds are meant to do.

How do you keep balance and moving in your life?

    1. It is difficult to balance everything in our busy lives. I feel like I always have at least 4 - 5 balls in the air. I'm not a good juggler so it get sketchy sometimes.

  2. I used this quote for one of my posts a while ago :)
    Balance is the one thing I strive for continuously because when I think I've got it, something comes along and tips it right over. Sigh.

    1. But, I'm sure you get back up and begin to find your inner balance. Being pulled in many different directions is mostly what tips me. I find I have so many thoughts popping into my head and I am easily distracted. I now write down EVERYthing that so that I don't have to worry about forgetting something. Whew, it's a busy place in my brain.
