Wednesday's Window

Yesterday was my birthday and once you have passed the age of 21 birthdays no longer hold the attraction they once did.

I told my love for my birthday all I wanted was a nice cooked meal.

Not only did I get that I got this wonderful bunch of neon daisies, ( I love daisies more than roses), along with my wonderful meal.  We had ceasar salad, New York strip grilled with mushrooms, and angel hair pasta with herbs.  Rather than a birthday cake, I had a waffle cone filled with peach ice cream with a candle.

Happy Birthday to me and I thank my love for taking the time to pull it together for me.

    1. Thank you Ellen. I really want to stop the time clock. 48 is high enough. 50 is going to be a nightmare for me. :(

    1. Thank you so much, the older I get the more I would like to skip this day that meant so much to me as a child and again as a mother.
