Heartbeat

On now to our weekend challenge.  This weekend we are asking for a thirty-three word confession.  You're free to write non-fiction or fiction or to blur the lines in between.  We just encourage you to get creative and give us your best.

This is my 33 word confession.

          ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Obstacles abound.
Challenges taunt my choice.
Walking alone, in cold glittering snow, I shiver
as a bead of sweat rolls over my swollen belly.
A single teenage mother-to-be.
Your heartbeat giving me strength.
  6. So lovely. I had several friends get pregnant very young. It was awe-inspiring to watch the changes they went through. I'm happy to say all those babies are grown into wonderful people today. Thanks for linking. Don't forget to head back to vote.
