Challenges taunt my choice.
Walking alone, in cold glittering snow, I shiver
as a bead of sweat rolls over my swollen belly.
A single teenage mother-to-be.
Your heartbeat giving me strength.

DeleteSo lovely. I had several friends get pregnant very young. It was awe-inspiring to watch the changes they went through. I'm happy to say all those babies are grown into wonderful people today. Thanks for linking. Don't forget to head back to vote.
